Wreath Care Instructions
Wreaths may fade when placed in direct sunlight. To prolong the life of your wreath, we suggest hanging it in indirect sunlight and where it can be protected from the elements. A quick spray with a UV protectant may reduce fading.
Wreaths can be hung on a door or wall. Wreaths come with a jute twin hanger on the back. When placing on an outside door make sure they are secure for wind could blow them off.
What are the unique features of your handcrafted decor?
Our decor items are not only unique in design but are also crafted with the finest materials adding a personal and heartfelt touch to every piece.
Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?
There are no refunds since every item is custom made. If an item is damaged during shipment, we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you. If you would like more than the $100 of insurance, please let us know at the time of purchase. When submitting an insurance claim, you MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Any damage items must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of delivery.
What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen?
Crafting With Intention is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen, all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item. Please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.
What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?
If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.
Do you offer rush shipping?
All orders will be processed in our standard 1-5 business days (2 weeks for any custom wreath orders by customer). If you need it SOONER you can purchase the Rush Order Fee listing in our shop, and these items will be processed in 2 business days (7 business days for custom wreath orders).
